Thank you to Cosmos Design for supporting the 2010 Arapahoe Acres Home Tour. Cosmos Design is a Landscape Design/Build and Maintenance Company. Since 1999 Cosmos Design has had the opportunity to service numerous gardens in the Denver Metropolitan area and has been recognized by the city with the Mayor’s Design Award.

Cosmos Design is owned by Felecia Ashby who is also an Arapahoe Acres homeowner. In addition to designing and creating landscapes in the Denver area, Felecia is also a photographer. Her photography can be explored and purchased on the Cosmos Design website.

I suggest you spend some time on the Cosmos Design website, which is also a blog. The blog is updated weekly with both beautiful gardens and very useful gardening and design tips. I got inspired to get out into my own garden after swooning over the beautiful garden photography on the Cosmos Design website!

I was so excited when I heard that Lee Alex Decor had signed up as one of our tour advertisers. Denver has great vintage and antique shops that I like to buy from, but I’ve gotten the most fabulous and well-priced mid-century modern furniture that I have to stop by on a weekly basis! The team at Lee Alex Decor always has something new to offer and I’m always dropping by their conveniently located central Broadway shop to see what their newest finds are! Even if you don’t have time to constantly drive by, Lee Alex Decor updates their Flickr page weekly to show you the newest inventory available for sale.

Also, I just found out about a special (and rare) event at Lee Alex Decor this Thursday and Friday. Lee Alex Decor is offering substantial discounts Thursday and Friday this week. It’s a great week to get your modern fix!
